West Park Care is a local Harrogate owned business and was born following a frustrating and difficult experience to organise care at home for a loved one in the Harrogate area. Researching the various different care options, with the belief that care at home was the best option, it was clear that the process of trying to provide care at home was stressful and confusing.
West Park Care was then created with a commitment to support our clients through every step of the care cycle and provide bespoke care, centred around the client. As a company, we strive for excellence and are committed to providing the highest quality of care with our friendly, professional, experienced and highly trained care experts. Consistency of care and constant communication with our clients and their family members, enables us to deliver exceptional home care services in the Harrogate and surrounding areas. All of our care staff work full time for us, and we do not use agency workers.
We firmly believe that you shouldn’t have to leave the comfort of your own home to receive excellent personal care. We are committed to only providing fully qualified and extensively trained Care professionals to ensure our high standards are always met. All of our Care Experts complete a rigorous training programme before being sent to any of our clients.
Care is personal to each person, so we tailor every care plan to the individual and ensure the plan is reviewed and modified on a regular basis to ensure the care is relevant and current for each individual. We also aim to pair our care experts with our clients to deliver the best and most consistent care.
At West Park Care we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life in the freedom of their own home. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.
