Kirsty began her career in care at the age of 17 and went on to earn a BA (Hons) in Social Work, qualifying as a Social Worker in 2010. She brings extensive experience supporting adults with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical and cognitive impairments, sensory needs, and complex health requirements.

Prior to joining West Park Care, Kirsty spent nine years in frontline social work, progressing to a Safeguarding Officer role with North Yorkshire County Council. Her deep understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance ensures that services are delivered safely, ethically, and responsively.
