They work in very small teams so that the client gets to know their care team well. The clients are therefore having people looking after them that know them well. The client builds a report with their carer enabling them to feel comfortable in their own home.

All carers are on full time contracts employed directly by West Park Care. We carry out a thorough and safe recruitment process. They are all carefully vetted by us as well as DBS checked.
