Joanna plays a pivotal role in overseeing client relationships, marketing initiatives, and financial operations at West Park Care. As a key member of the management team, she brings valuable expertise from her background as an assessor, enabling her to gather essential information for developing personalised care plans.

In addition to managing the staff rota to ensure seamless care delivery, Joanna leads the safer recruitment process for all WPC team members. Her experience in quality assurance gives her a sharp eye for detail, supporting her work as Business Development Manager and contributing to the delivery of exceptional care.

Joanna shares West Park Care’s commitment to excellence and its vision for outstanding service. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management, along with Advanced Level Apprenticeships in both Management and Learning & Development.
