Throughout her time at West Park Care, Gemma has gained extensive experience working with complex care packages and has developed a deep understanding of each individual client. She plays a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained.

Gemma holds a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling. She is currently furthering her professional development by studying for her Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Adult Care.
