Isioma began her career as a healthcare assistant in a London hospice, where she delivered compassionate palliative care, supporting patients and their families with empathy and respect for individual needs.

Motivated to make a broader impact, Isioma pursued higher education at the University of Leeds, earning a BSc in Adult Nursing in 2020, followed by a Master’s in Nursing. She went on to develop her clinical expertise in the intensive care unit at St James’s Hospital in Leeds during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing complex cases in a demanding, high-pressure setting.

Expanding her scope, Isioma served as a Clinical Lead in a nursing home, gaining valuable insight into the social care sector and the intricacies of community-based support. Now, as Clinical Lead at West Park Care, she is responsible for delivering high-quality training to staff and ensuring that all delegated clinical tasks are carried out in accordance with NICE guidelines and the NMC Code of Conduct.

Her dual experience in NHS clinical practice and social care enables her to deliver truly person-centred care that enhances the quality of life for every client.
