Gemma makes sure all client and staff paperwork is up to date and supervises staff in the field to ensure our high standards are upheld. Gemma takes the lead on first client visits to ensure the correct care plan is in place following initial assessment. Gemma joined West Park Care in January 2020 and quickly became a key member of our Care Expert team before progressing to her role as Care Supervisor. Gemma gained her Level 3 in Health & Social care whilst working for WPC & also has a BSc(hons) in Psychology & Counselling. Gemma has a real passion for delivering a high standard of person-centred care and wants to enable our clients to remain independent in their own homes.
