Joanne has a great mix of skills from the social care sector having worked in various roles such as support worker, quality assurance and customer relations in both the private and public sector. Joanne is very professional and brings a high level of experience to the administrative side of home care.

Joanne has completed both her Level 3 & Level 5 in Health 7 Social care and is continually improving her skill set within her role.

Joanna has a real passion for making sure West Park Care clients receive the very highest quality of care in their own home.
