Joanne joined West Park Care in September 2022 and it was very clear that she had a real skill for dealing with clients and their needs in the community. Joanne had previously completed a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Work and coupled with her years of experience in the sector makes her a real asset to West Park Care. Joanne prides herself on enhancing the lives of the clients she supports. Joanne is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care to our clients by checking that her team of Care Experts are up to date with all their training and competencies. Joanne also oversees the Care Plans for a group of our clients.
