Louise Kyle
Care Supervisor
As Care Supervisor, Louise focuses closely on client specific needs by frequently reviewing care packages in the community and closely monitors the Care Expert tram to ensure care standards are upheld.
Louise joined West Park Care in August 2021, as a Care Expert and very quickly proved her worth as an integral part of our support team. She is extremely hard working and provides an excellent standard of care to our vulnerable clients. Louise has a background in Food and Catering for over 20 years, but after caring and supporting her partner for many years, she decided a career in care was for her.
Louise is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and has a passion for high quality care and client satisfaction.
