My Uncle has received brilliant support since we started with West Park Care early April, from the initial enquiry till now and nothing is too much trouble for anyone, any queries are dealt with quickly and professionally. The carers are very attentive and listen to his needs and he has really progressed and grown in strength over these past weeks. He feels very relaxed with them and sees regular staff which is great. We are kept informed if he needs anything.
