Having first qualified as a Registered Manager in 2007, specialising in learning disabilities, Alex later transitioned into social housing and customer service, gaining valuable insight into supporting individuals across a range of settings.

A renewed opportunity to return to care reminded Alex of their passion for making a difference. With a particular interest in dementia care, Alex is committed to helping people remain in their own homes for as long as possible, while supporting families to achieve the best outcomes for their loved ones.
