Diane began her career in the hotel industry, starting as a room attendant and advancing to Housekeeping Manager, a role she held for over 12 years. Seeking a change, Diane transitioned to a Head Housekeeper position at a care home, where she enjoyed building relationships with residents and their families over seven years.

In January 2022, Diane joined West Park Care as a Care Expert, quickly becoming a valued team member, well-liked by both clients and staff. She completed her Level 3 Diploma in Lead Adult Care and in July 2024, Diane was promoted to Care Supervisor, overseeing a group of clients and a team of Care Experts.
