Jackie is a valued member of the senior management team at West Park Care, responsible for ensuring service compliance and the consistent delivery of high-quality care. She plays a central role in staff recruitment, induction, and ongoing training, while also overseeing medication management, staffing levels, and regulatory standards.

With a career in health and social care that began in the mid-1980s, Jackie brings decades of hands-on experience supporting the well-being of diverse client groups. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, alongside teaching certifications, and has previously worked as a Health and Social Care trainer and Deputy Manager in a care home.
