Joanne joined West Park Care in 2022 as a Care Expert and quickly progressed to the role of Care Supervisor, where she demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of client needs. Currently serving as Care Quality Co-ordinator, she plays a key role in overseeing client reviews and supporting hospital and care home discharges.

With a diverse background in the social care sector—including support work, quality assurance, and customer relations—Joanne brings a broad skill set and valuable experience to the administrative side of home care. She holds both Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Health & Social Care and remains committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standards of care for every client.
