Joanne joined West Park Care in September 2022 as a Care Expert, quickly demonstrating a natural ability to connect with clients and respond to their individual needs in the community. Her dedication and skill led to her promotion to Care Supervisor, and she has since progressed to Lead Supervisor, where she also takes the lead in medication management across the service.

With a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Work and years of hands-on experience in the care sector, Joanne is a true asset to the team. She is passionate about enhancing the lives of those she supports, always delivering care with warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of compassion.
