Michell joined West Park Care, after moving to the UK from South Africa, in July 2020.

Michell was a Real Estate Agent in South Africa. She had some care experience assisting both her elderly mother in law and volunteering in care homes.
Michell immediately hit the ground running delivering outstanding care to our clients as a Care Expert initially. After obtaining all the necessary care qualifications and gaining experience, she was promoted to Care Leader and then Care Supervisor. Michell completed her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care and will commence her Level 5 in 2023.

Michell ensures that all client and staff paperwork is up to date; supervises staff in the field to ensure our high standards are always upheld and manages the internal training program. Michell takes the lead in first client visits to ensure that, following initial assessment, the correct care plan is in place.

Michell has a passion for high quality care and client satisfaction and enjoys interaction with all her clients, their families and all the West Park Care Staff.
